Hi group,

Think that (was it Sue's ?) doc's explanation of which joints rheumatoid can

affect was rather an over-simplification and not quite accurate. It certainly can

affect the hip though rarely.

I just googled <synovial fluid and lumbar spine> and came up with a web site

<arthritis-treatment-and-relief.co> that seems to

explain the anatomy and types of arthritis quite neatly.

Of course I am NOT endorsing the commercial part of the site in any way,but the

general info seems sound.(The creators of the site have arthritis in the family)

There is a lot of info on the site, but unfortunately it seems cumbersome/ well

nigh impossible to find one's way into the search part when you are actually IN

the site. (Probably my tired brain! Oh dear)

Still I have just tried a 'test query' of my own, using google ,to search

'rituximab arthritis treatment and relief' and it came up with the goods quckly,

the approriate informative entry in this site. So it might help with other

queries, hopefully.

Worth a try.

Best wishes to you all,
