Dennis and group;

Dennis have you ever had a sleep study done??? I saw you said you

snore a lot... My doctor had me do a sleep study... I woke up 172

times with out knowing it... I was so tired during the day... My

doctor put me on a C-pap and now I don't snore and feel so much

better during the day... Check on it and see if you need the sleep

study.. Oh and it took me about a month to get use to the C-pap..

gentle hugs

Clora, if I gave the impression of " snoring a lot " , let me straighten it

out. I seldom really snore, but I tend to breathe through my mouth now that

I'm sleeping on my back only. That's what wakes Betty and she alerts me

about that since she knows how bad I'll feel in the morning. I'm still

breathing wrong but certainly less than before. I think I need a thicker

pillow now since moving my head back will open my mouth and that's not good.

I do see a sleep doctor and he hasn't made any suggestions, just that I take

a sleeping pill at bedtime.
