Guest guest
HI Shirley, Do you mean you are taking Co Q10 or a different one? If it's that one I didn't realize it would help our hearts or fatigue. My fish oil caps do help our hearts though. Debbie L > > Leonie, > I take C Q10 for my heart and fatigue. Guest guest
Debbie, Coenzyme Q10. Yes it is the same. My gp put me on it to combat the way beta-blockers put me in the bed with fatigue. Actually it was three 1-2 hour naps a day and sleeping 8-9 hours a night. I did have to stop them because I can not work and take any of them. I still have RA fatigue but not to the same extreme as before the supplement. My angina is much better. It went from 60-70% of the time to 10-15% of the time. I can only attribute it to the Co Q10 because that is the only thing that has changed in my regime. I know Co Q10 levels are essential for the heart. It only took 2 weeks for me to feel the difference. I just found this from the Mayo Clinic about it. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/coenzyme-q10/NS_patient-coenzymeq10 Shirley > > HI Shirley, > Do you mean you are taking Co Q10 or a different one?
