RE: Symptom Question?

I don't know about anyone else but, that happens to me frequently. I will be

going along, getting things done, then the exhaustion/fatigue is

overwhelming. It doesn't let up for me. And mine often comes with aches all

over. I have felt nausea, but mostly debilitating fatigue.

I am not a professional.... my Rheumy did say, for me, it was the RA.

I would talk to your doc about it, if I were you.

That happens to me when I have a hot flash. But I know I had better get

somewhere because if I seem to have the hot flashes one right after the

other then I am fixing to have a severe nausea and need to lay down. Most of

the time if its just a hot flash it last about 10 minutes and as you said I

am fine.

Hi and thanks. I haven't had one after which doesn't sound like fun. Since I've

only been diagnosed for about a month I am still discovering new things, but I

don't want to attribute everything to RA because it feels like a trap. Something

else could be going on that I need to ask the doctor about before I call it

another symptom. I'm starting to really appreciate this group because I can

always ask " yuse guys " which helps me male the determination.

Hi and thanks for your input. And, I am really glad that you are a guy because I

really don't want to think of myself as having " hot " flashes! At least not by

myself. Since I am new to all of this some of the symptoms are new to my

experience. I am seeing the Doc today so I will ask.

Very true. It is all to easy to attribute these symptoms to autoimmune

diseases, when in fact, they could be caused by something else altogether.

Hi Stan,

It was right after I posted that, that I Saw you were male. I can see

where you wouldn't want to have hot flashes LOL That is just the best wway

for me to describe it. Actually my hubby was put on high doee of Prednisone

for a time and he experienced " Hot flashes " He never laughed about mine

again. LOL. I hope you find the right answer

I have bouts with nausea from the MTX. I hope you get your answer
