Guest guest
Kami!! LOL, if only it were that easy! first you have to live in an area full of sunshine and stay in your car long enough!!! you did bring a smile to my face though, so thank you for that. What kind of car did you get? They brought a report on the today show this morning how important Vitamin D is for children and women, etc. It is frustrating just trying to maintain it. Oh well. Have a great day!!! Heidi in Mass. trying to catch rays like snowflakes.... In a message dated 10/13/2008 1:05:38 P.M. Guest guest
OK Kami, I'd like a red mustang convertible to go with my auburn hair, that is my one luxury, trust me, that color does not fade. LOL. In fact, with my 50,000 units of D, my hair and my nails grow really fast, just my level hovers lower than 20 . Heidi in Mass. where the Patriots desperately need Tom Brady and the Red Sox hopefully can take some stingers out of some Rays. LOL, ok so I'm misbehavin up here...but i'm not alone! hehehehe. I forgot you were in the FAR NE (where the majority of Vit D deficient patients are according to my doc) I prescribe a convertible for you LOL WARNING: Will also cause haircolor to fade so make sure you use a product with UV protection for your hair! hee hee *~ Kami ~* Re: [ ] What helped my Vitamin D Level....
