Clotheslines aren't always a good thing. In the mid-80's when we were still

building our house, we used one for our clothes. At the office, there were 3

men and about 20 women doing the manufacturing. I was sitting at my desk at

about 10:00 am (we started at 7:00) when all of a sudden, I had a sting on

my left knee. I reached down and rearranged my pants leg, and it happened

harder this time! My slacks were thin, so I could easily feel something

wiggling in my hand where I pinched it, holding it still until I got to the

restroom. My boss came with me since I honestly didn't want to be thee alone

when I uncovered whatever it was. I dropped my pants and with him kneeling

and trying to help hold the unknown, we slowly released the material slowly.

It was a red wasp that had been folded into the pants leg, and he was mad!

Well, for the few seconds he lived. LOL He/she bit me 4 times in the same

part of the inside of my knee. After that, we shook out all our clothes

vigorously until we could use an electric dryer. Thank goodness it didn't

happen again.
