Guest guest
Mine stick together, too. I usually shake the bottle to get them loosened up, but sometimes have to take a spoon handle to them. Guest guest
I bang the bottle on the counter and that usually works. Darcy
Guest guest
Hi Debbie: I find that if you put your bottle of fish oil caps in the freezer helps. Also, when you swallow them frozen you won't burp them as much or not at all. nne > > We buy our Omega 3 fish oil caps at our Sam's Club then put some into a > smaller bottle in our cupboard. Guest guest
It is a good idea to refrigerate your fish oil anyway, warm temps can actually spoil the oil and make it rancid. > > > > We buy our Omega 3 fish oil caps at our Sam's Club then put some into > a > > smaller bottle in our cupboard. Guest guest
Thanks Brad and everyone else for the good suggestions. nber thought to keep our fish oil caps in the refrigerator or freeze. It's hot here in Texas most of the time so today put ours in there. hugs, Debbie L --- In , " Brad Berg " <blueworld_of_fire@...> wrote: > > It is a good idea to refrigerate your fish oil anyway, warm temps can > actually spoil the oil and make it rancid. > >
Guest guest
Yep, freeze them and you won't burp them. I know what Tx is like. I lived there for 3 years and now I am back in NM for the last 7 years. Too hot in Tx for me. nne > > > > It is a good idea to refrigerate your fish oil anyway, warm temps can > > actually spoil the oil and make it rancid. > > > > >
Guest guest
The fish oil capsules we buy at Sam's have an extra coating so they don't cause burping fishy taste.
