Hello, My name is Becks. I am newly diagonsed with RA. My first appt.

with a specialist is Aug 14. Can't wait, pain has been unbearable for

awhile now. I ill jump in and read some posts. I just had a quick

question. Anybody ever try eating a vegan diet to reduce pain? Or has

anybody tried " oil pulling " ? I am willing to try anything the

specialist prescribes but I am also looking at natural remedies to

help. Any input would be appreciated.. Thanks, Becks

I have never tried a vegan diet, but I'm curious...what is oil pulling??

Hi, havent tried vegan- but have been lacto-ovo vegetarian for 30+

yrs
