Hi,

I'm new to the group. I'm having my second myo in May.

The first one was done in Dec. 1998. Two month ago, I

had an abnormal pap. I've had a colposcopy and a LEEP

since then.

My doctor said I had mild dysplasia. Recently I've

noticed a heavy vaginal discharge. I looks like thick

clear mucus(like when you are pregnant)Has anyone else

experienced this with fibroids?

This will also be my third uterine surgery(2myos and a

c-section). Does anyone know what the odds are

regarding being able to sustain pregnancy after three cuts?

I've experienced a discharge for years, and my pap smears have

always come out normal (except a yeast infection once). I had a

myomectomy just over two weeks ago. My doctor said hopefully this

will alleviate my chronic discharge problem. It's too soon to tell

yet, as I had spotting after the surgery, then had my period, and am

still spotting. You should probably check with your doctor if this

discharge is new to you.
