Is it the Pred. or the MTX Causing This?

I suspect it's one or the other, but being my first week on MTX I'd

figure I'd ask. Something is making the back of my tongue and throat a

bit raw and it's also realling messing up my sense of taste. I'm still

on 20 MG of Prednisone so figured it might be that but since I also

just started the Methotrexate I was wondering if this is something I

have to look forward to longer term. Thanks.

By the way, the insomnia from the Pred. is a real joy. Up at 3:30 and

at my desk downtown at 5AM this morning. Normal starting time is 8.

That's even after taking a Lunestra prescribed by the Rheumy. Hmmm...
