Guest guest
Hi Wanda, Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to write me through our group list. It is very nice to meet you!! Thanks for telling me about the fact that you did not have detox symptoms when you started you Life Lift breathing. You know what? Those symptoms that I had ALL of them were sinus related, as I was choking, coughing, bringing up phlegm, and my nose was running all the time. I put that statement in the past tense because, thankfully, most of it is gone as of today. I discovered that I was actually doing the Life Lift breathing the wrong way because I was not holding the sniff in my nose and lungs long enough before I did the PAH sound. As soon as I discovered that, I started holding the sniff in longer, for a count of 3 like Rashell teaches in her instructional DVD, and all the symptoms went away. I still have some residual throat irritation, though, but the " detox " symptoms I was having are not all gone for the most part. Now I will be able to really start enjoying my Life Lift breathing more. Put please don't think that I will ever stop doing this super duper LIfe Lift breathing, because there is no chance of that happening. I KNOW a good thing when I find it, and I will be doing LIfe Lift for the rest of my life, I can tell you that for sure!!!! I only have the Life Lift instructional DVD so far. I will be sure to get the reflexology DVD some time in the not to distant future. My birthday is at the end of March, so maybe I will buy some more Life LIft DVDs for myself then. I will be sure to get the reflexology DVD at that time. I am so glad that you like the reflexology DVD and am sure that I will like it, too. Thanks for recommending it to me. Well, I am off to tap my computer keys again while I do so more Life Lift breathing. I have only done it 52 times already today (with a deck of cards). Now I plan to do, maybe 20 more reps while I tap my computer keys in order to count them. Gee, who ever thought that keeping oneself healthy and at a good body weight could be so much fun!!!! Once, again, thank you so much for your kind welcome. Wanda. Guest guest
Hi-Tawny,,Shirley and Melynda and Group, I forgot a few thing in My previous post. I had problems with My liver and had a biopsy of the liver while on Metho and have had problems since a teen with diarrhea I did find out I was Lactose intolerant in My early 20's and have used lacid aid for years to compensate. I have had 1 sigy and 3 colonospy in the past the past 20 years . I had a bulging disk about 25 years ago and had surgery that fixed it but about 7 years ago I had numbness to almost My waist and ended up having a second back surgry cause arthritis had gotton to My spine.and was pressing on spinal cord. I also took prednisone once to try and stop a flare and went goofy couldn't sleep and felt like I was running 90 miles an hour going nowhere. Rhemy took Me off it as soon as possible. I did have to take it again this past summer put not internally. I had Eyeitis in My right eye. I had never heard of it but I guess them same fluids are in eye as in joints and I used drops in eye to clear up. No problems since with that thank heaven. Concerning Gout and Allopurinal I haven't had but one flare of the gout since I have been on it and now because of it and the diabetes I wear inserts in My shoes no heels any more.and Medicare covers one pair of shoes a year for Me. Way back when they had Me on heart Meds they found I was Allergic to Pro-Cardia made My heart race and put Me in hospitol to get off it. I certainly have had an intersting time with meds and problems and was even was clinically Depressed and have taken meds for depression. Thanks for the Welcome and Prayers and I will certainly keep you in Mine. Good Luck to those having problems and questions. I have been divorced twice so understand those problems and having been a Single parent those problems as well. I Pray God Loves and takes care of all of You as He has cared for Me in all the problems and illnesses I have dealt with.
