Guest guest
Hey everyone, I recently developed a lump at the end of my elbow and showed it to my rheumy. He was very concerned and wanted me to see a dermatologist. I went to see the derm and she came in with a resident they both looked at my elbow had a discussion about it and then she said she wanted to have another Dr. take a look at it. She went out and returned shortly with another Dr. the three of them looked and poked at my elbow they had a conversation involving many medical terms that went right over my head and decided that it needed to come off right then. They took a biopsy and I have to return in two weeks to get the sutures out and hear the results of the biopsy. The only thing I really understood is nodule because I have one in my lung. So my questions is: has any one else had to have something removed? Do nodules usually hurt? Thanks for your input. F.
