Guest guest
, Honey, you have had a rough month! Was the repair successful? It is wonderful that your kidneys are OK. Take care of yourself and heal well. I hope the rheummy can get you back on some RA meds soon. Shirley > > Hi, I hope everyone is well and pain free. Guest guest
Welcome back, ! Sorry you had complications, but it's behind you now. I'm hoping your appointment with your rheumatologist goes well. Not an MD On Sun, Oct 12, 2008 at 6:34 PM, <man_u8@...> wrote: > Hi, I hope everyone is well and pain free. Guest guest
Shirley, The repair was kinda fixed. The hernia was bigger then they thought, but they managed to repair it. When I got the infection, they had to do an exploratory laperotomy, twice. When I finally got out of the ICU...I was told that I will have the hernia for the rest of my life. The mesh that was used to repair it, is not strong, my abdomen is weak from all the surgeries. The only way they will do surgery is if the hernia gets strangulated. idk, > > > > Hi, I hope everyone is well and pain free. Guest guest
, I had wondered so many times how your surgery went. It is good to have you back and I hope you stay back! (No strangulated hernia.) God bless you, Shirley > > Shirley, > > The repair was kinda fixed. The hernia was bigger then they thought, > but they managed to repair it. Guest guest
Welcome back ((()))! Glad you survived your hospital experience. Sounds bad that you ended up getting an infection while there. Does that mean you can't take your RA meds till you see your rheumy this week? Hope you get the remicade infusion again. soft hugs, Debbie L > > Hi, I hope everyone is well and pain free.
