Sorry I Haven't Been Online

Hello All,

I am sorry that I have not been back since my intro. I have been in a lot of

pain...mostly my neck and upper shoulder-arm area. I have been have muscle

spasms and numbness. Plus a major fibro flare like the rest of you. I will be

seeing a new chrio (sp) tomorrow. He really thinks he can help me. I will report

back when I am able.

On a happy not, most of last week I spent with my daughter and new born baby

grandson. She had a very hard labor and an emergency c-section on October 3. But

all is well now.
