I called Enliven and they said they had safety and efficacy data on leaving

Enbrel at room temp (70 degrees) for 3 days.

Just read an email from another lister who indicated that if one leaves the

shots out for too long there is a decrease in effectiveness. I leave mine out

for 30-40 minutes (less than that and the shot burns a great deal more). Is this

too long?

I leave mine out for that long, too, and there's no decrease in

effectiveness. I like to make sure that it's no longer cold and most of

the bubbles have dissipated.
