Awe I am so sorry hon that they found arthritis in your spine... but

now you can rest easy knowing what is wrong and why your having so

much pain... I pray that God heals you and takes this aweful disease

Hi : I am sorry to read you have Arthritis in your spine, and I

know how painful that is. I hope your dr. will give you some meds. to

help ease your pain. It is never any fun to suffer pain, day in and day

out.

I have found that heat helps me when my back is bad. I bought one of

those large, long, heating pads, that fit on a chair and it's back. It

has a massager in it also. You can set the controls for whatever spot

you need the massager on, plus the heat. It really feels so good. It

cost about $39.00, and I have had it for 6 or 7 years.

I also buy a bottle of " Bio-Freeze " and use it when I have pain

anywhere. It is wonderful. It is like Ben Gay, but much stronger, and

works deep into the affected area's. I buy it at the P.T. office. I

think the bottle costs around $10.00, you use very little, and it lasts

a long time. It feels SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!
