hi michelle

take milk thistle. you can buy at any health food store. may have

normalized liver function using that.

i keep my pain at bay using paleo diet. see:

try it for 10 days an am also certain you wil ntoice a differnce. dr

dowd, a rheumy in michigan, recommends it to his patients. my friend

with AS went into remission just on this diet!!

as for enbrel - another friend of mine with RA coudl not take mtx and

enbrel alone is helping her.
