The GFATM seeks Comprehensive Country Proposals of high quality from in-country partnerships that includes Government Agencies, Non-Government Organizations and Private Sector.Background information on the Round 7 Call for Proposals may be obtained from the GFATM website: http://www.theglobalfund.org/en/apply/call7/documents/ The India - Country Coordinating Mechanism (India-CCM) invites proposals in the following identified priority areas: 1. HIV/AIDS: Institutional strengthening through training of Nursing Personnel to provide care and support services; Institutional strengthening through training of 'Link workers' to provide an array of prevention/BCC services, through development of multi sectoral linkage at the district level; Delivery of community care and support services through Public Private Partnership and Delivery of care to workers, through partnership between NACO and CII. Malaria: Supporting implementation of accelerated urban malaria control activities in identified urban areas from urban local bodies. The technical assistance of the State Health/ AIDS Control Societies may be sought for developing proposals.
