Thank you so very much for that uplifting post.. Yes I think its the

fibro pain.. The RA feels ok.. One knows what pain is what on their

body, that is for sure.. I have been taking it easy today.. I don't

want to trigger a flare.. Now that I know we can bring them on I will

definately watch out and not over do it...

I have been watching tv today and working on the pc.. I didnt baby

sit today or do the dishes.. I sat outside for a little while till it

started getting hot.. THe trees are gorgeous.. The color changes are

so magnifisent...

I hope your enjoying your day also.. I hope you and your friend had a
