Prayers needed again..from Debs in So FL

Dear friends, 

 

Things in my life have just turned upside down like I cannot believe.

My daughter had a tiny little baby girl on 8-13-08. The baby has

battled a collapsed lung (which they have treated successful My

daughter Vickie, finally got to hold her, feed her, changed her diaper

and rocked to sleep yesterday and when she got up from rocking chair,

she felt a pain in her abdomen and thought nothing about it. Well, the

pain got worse and traveled into her back and told her to get to the

hospital ASAP. 

 

Well, Vickie has an aneurysm of her aorta (vickie was born with a hole

in her heart, which was repaired at age of 19 months and a narrow of

her aorta). Right now she is in the CCU and her newborn baby is in the

NICU. They don't know how this happened but this is my worst nightmare

come true. PLEASE, PLEASE pray for my two babies. 

 

I have to get ready for the hospital, I can't even tell you have I feel

with my disease. I need to take twice as much of Lyrica to try to get a

handle on my neuropathy. In the mean time, I am on Oxycontin 3 times a

day for the pain. My blood sugars are over 300 and probably are a

result of the stress. I woke up at 5:00 am with

a severe asthma attack

to the point of call 911. Just writing this little note is aggravating 

my asthma. I have to go feed my new granddaughter now. I love to, but

not under these circumstances.
