Guest guest
Hello Shirley, Obviously is right about drawing it to your doctor's attention, and no, we aren't looking in the mirror, so can't do more than an informed guess as to the cause, which could be one of many!! One suggestion that springs to my smind is monostotic (affecting single bone) Paget's of bone as it quite commonly affects the clavicle. (I had a patient with it as a 'short case' in my final moons ago! Just a thought. Best wishes Chris PS It usually causes no problems when affecting one or two bones. Guest guest
Thanks! I feel better about it today. You and have put any concerns to rest. I just worry that something might get in the way of my job. If it is a life or death situation, there's no choice, but I don't want anything until that next anniversary. After I have my 35 years, they can say or do what ever pleases them. I think my rheummy will put me on permanent light duty by then and they will most likely offer me a disability pension. That would be enough to carry me through until I can draw my Social Security.
