Guest guest
Bob and group; Sorry Bob... I know you sure didnt want to hear that but glad do get it out of the way.... Yes you spelled fibromyalgia right... THats the second time I head that a rheumy is waiting to work on another condition till they get the RA under control... My rheumy said she would work on my osteo when she got my RA under control.. So there must be a method to their madness haaaaaaaaaa.... As always its good to read your post Bod... Your paragraphs make your post so much easier to read thanks... I am just realizing there are a lot of conditions common with RA and has the same symptons as RA.. RA is bad enough,,, it has to mimic and copy other diseases,,, darn it.. I am taking Lyrcia for fibro... I remember when they didnt have a med to controll fibro... I started Lyrcia right after the FDA approved it for fibro.. I was amazed how it helped the fibro... Of course after taking lyrcia my body pain showe where the RA was hurting ... It sorta of defined what each pain was from... My fibro stopped hurting before the RA pain... THat is really really weird.. Each medication shows where the pain for what part of the body is caused from that disease... Does that make sence... I was shocked that my knees and sholders hurt badly from bursitis... cause after I got the steroid enjections in my shoulders and hips they guit hurting... weird uh.. You also will be amazed of when a pain stops from a certain med only to leave other pains from other diseases... Oh a lot of people can not take Lyrcia.. If you have eye problems you may not be able to take it... Also I heard another med is approved for Fibro... I can't take MXT I am allergic to it... I also don't have fear of injections.. I do fear oxygen counts.. for good reason.. My artery is deeper than most peoples and passing a nerve,,, causeing it to be agony for me to get an oxygen count unless its from a doctor.... Bob I was only going to send a line or two about what your rheumy said about holding off working on the fibro till getting the RA under control... and I end up making a long post... I just went over your paragraph and decided to comment on just about every thing you talked about... I am just reading post right now,,, cause when I finish reading I will start on posting the red flags I put on post from yesterday... haaaaaaaa I don't think makes any sence omg... gentle hugs Clora ********************************************************** > Had my appointment with the Rheumy this afternoon.
