Okay... LOL... Nasty warning here.... Consuming too much sugar free candy CAN

have ummm.... disastrous results to your GI system.... Meaning.... alot of gas

and diarrhea! ;-)

Kami and group;

Haaaaaaaa. I found out the hard way. The gas and diarrhea was

aweful lol. Just eating hard candy when I am so thirsty cause my

doctor is restricting my fluid amount. He said suck on sugar free

candy for the thirst. It works.
