Thanks for posting this ,

(I hope I have your name right?)

I would so agree with many of your points of value.

Next bit for the rest of the group:

Seems there is never a lull in the fast and furious posting on this

group .It is almost a victim of its own success sometimes! So many

topics on the go.

wrote a lovely personal 'this much I know' a few days ago but

1: because of other emotive issues were being discussed,(eg drugs

versus natural remedies) where feelings run high and opinions differ

(allowed and healthy in a non-judgemental and open minded group),

2: also because ot the sheer volume of post at the time, and others

having particularly bad times I don't believe there were any

responses which is a shame ...

Of course we will all be different, but I for one would love to hear

from the group, your personal takes on this, what sustains and

nourishes and through life's ups and downs and helps us cope, and

come through stronger.. if anyone has a few moments to ponder and

share?

Best wishes,

Chris

PS I will try and write my list too as a separate post, as this is

already too long.

Thank you for your kind words.  I feel bad that today is the first day I am able

to respond to many of the emails I received after posting last Monday.  I had

major computer problems all last week and am finally able to be online again.

Thank you again, and all the best.to you.
