Guest guest
Clora, Your post made me smile because I used to be a swimmer also - back in my teens I was a life guard & swim instructor. My how my life has changed!! I am also the youngest in my swim class - they call me the baby which is nice since I'm turning the big 4-0 next month. I wouldn't let not having a bathingsuit stop you from getting in the pool. A lot of people in my class wear t-shirts & shorts in the pool & I wear my lycra tights & shirt. Its worth giving it a try - like I posted before, I'm the only one in my class that complains about the temp. Everyone else calls the class " an hour of heaven " ... I sure hope it works for you! > > > > and group; > > I am so sorry the water could not help you.. Yes there could be an > uder lying problem that is making you cold...
