Was having a time getting rid of one tiny last bug. Than Sue and I brain stormed and figured out all the washing and washing had taken away my skins ability to do its job. So I stoped the Baking Soda. Figured the Alunimun in that was harming my skin and adding to the heavy metal problems with this dease. Boy the stinging skin kicked in right away. By the secound day I cold not sit or lay anywhare without squirming in misery. Than we changed my shower routine on top of that. Did a wipe down with sea salt head to toe. No massaging or scrubbing it in. Rinse right away without letting it dry on. Than the N H soap 2. Dried on while doing the Alkalol for my ears. Than less Dr. Bronners Pepperment Shampoo. Rinse again right away and than spray on 1/8 tsp of Echo Orange and 1/4 C. of white Vinagar in a 24 oz sprayer of hot water head to toe. Less of the little bug I had left and more stinging and peeling like crazy. Was not sure I was doing the right thing. The stinging was so unbearable I was spending alot of time groaning and a little weepy. Had to take a hit of Jane to releave some of the syptoms. I already knew adding any lotion or oil would just send the stinging into orbit. Than I stoped the sea salt scrub. I felt I was taking a high risk on that one. Than I body sprayed the Vinager/Echo Orange first and rinse. Skiped washing my hair and did the Soap dried on while doing my ears with Alkalol. Rinsed and got out. Used the ESP Body Balm for my face, neck and underarms. Also I quite spraying the bed just before all these changes. For almost a week before I stoped spraying the Wintergreen Alcahol. Now this week end I will stop spraying the Proxide and just use the Echo Orange/s oil soap with PCO for the next three months. The mad Stinging is almost gone. The one tiny bug does not penatrate now as deeply that my skin is so quickly recovering ground it had lost. In fact when the little tiny mini stinger gets on it feels slightly irrating and not painful or scary or damaging. Even the Vinagar spray is to drying so tomarrow I am going to quit that and just use the N. H. soap 2 and buy anothe body balm to replace body oils. Oh I almost forgot. I started taking up to 2 TBs of cold pressed coconut oil. I know from past experience that in 3 days it will reach my skin and in 2 weeks I will be baby bottom smooth. I believe that will also push out any bacteria sense coconut oil detoxes the body. Kills bacteria and helps heal the body. So I believe by this week end I will be syptom free. Even hardly get bothered in bed anymore. In Light Lynn ------------------------------------
