Hi Maggie,

I was drinking water when I read this and I almost choked laughing so hard.

Funny thing this, I have never been addicted to anything yet, I do find myself more and more wanting, needing a fix of my Life Lifters. I just love all of you so much, you are like little light beams that float through my day. Even when I am not at the computer, something one of you has said will pop into my head and leave me smiling, or I will think of someone's concern and find myself flipping through pages of my books looking for answers, or searching my mind and click, off I go again. I told Karma earlier, no matter how busy I get, I will never want to give up the time I spend with all of you. I think the idea of someday doing some sort of Life Lift retreat would be incredibly fulfilling for all of us.

A while back I spoke at a big conference in Las Vegas and after many were crying, everyone was smiling, even through the tears, and as I stepped down to where everyone was I was surrounded by this group of wonderful people I had never met. In the midst of strangers it felt like coming home. What an amazing thing to be able to feel so close to so many when all you did was open your heart and your mouth.

I can imagine how incredible it would be to gather together our group, I am sure that the experience would be magnified a thousand fold since I already know and love all of you.

Yes, we could all say Hi, I am ____ and I am a Life Lift-aholic.

You are too cute for words.

Love,

Rashelle

Dear Rose....I am down by Dayton (Fairborn) and Sheeran is

near Lima...ready for the dog sled express??? I am a champion long

distance driver. I used to run up to Vermont for a long weekend when

my son was in college up there. It was about 1000 miles. I would give

my eyeteeth for such a weekend! It would be like a retreat...or maybe

with all that motivation it would be an advance!!!

I am an Account Rep/Utility Coordinator - I open and close utility (electric, gas, water/sewer) accounts all day for clients. This is so they don't have to LOL!! We do the paperwork, pay deposits, get the billing addresses set up, etc. Then, we get the bills too and consolidate all into one big lump sum, they issue us the funds and we send the payments to the utility companies. Makes it so our clients do not have to track their utility bills. Avoid shut-offs, late payments, etc. Right now, my "client" is Starbucks. I was doing West coast and Canadian sites until my partner left two weeks ago and now I do all of the US and Canadian sites (she did east).... can you imagine if they had to do this for 8000 sites annually (track and pay utility bills)? I can't remember how many they opened last year.

That is awesome that your ds is going to get to play football. How old is he? I know it is expensive. I am sure he will be very grateful to you.

He's going to be a sophomore next year. He's 15 1/2 yrs old. He's really excited, that's for sure. They get to go to "camp" for a week at the college OUT of town. I think that's what he's the most excited about. The kids/family only has to pay half, the school pays the other half.... but yes, he's excited. He's going to my grandmother's to earn some money, so he did come up with a way to help out....

Hi Group - Well, it took me almost a week, but I finally got caught up

on all of the posts. This is such an amazing group and I feel truly

blessed to have found it.

I quit the clinical study and my Rheumy put me on 5-10mg of Prednisone

every morning. I tried 10mg for two days and was feeling pretty good

and then got worried about the side effects of it on my body, so I

only took 5mg the next morning and fell apart for the day with pain

and discomfort, so I went back up to 10mg again and I think I will

stay there until I go to see my Rheumy on Wednesday. Aside from being

extremely tired and the low-back pain that nothing seems to be

helping, I'm not feeling as bad as I did. Although, as you know, the

pain never seems to go completely away. Its tough not having

insurance, but I pray that there is an answer out there for me for

some more effective treatment than the meds I take now.

I so appreciate all of the God loving people that are here in this

group as well. 18:20 (NIV) states " For where two or three come

together in my name, there am I with them. " . I KNOW God is with us. We

are all truly blessed. Have a blessed weekend dear people.....Doreen :)
