We buy our Omega 3 fish oil caps at our Sam's Club then put some into a

smaller bottle in our cupboard. The only trouble with the fish oil

capsules are they stick together! Does anyone have a trick in getting

the capsules unstuck? My husband and I try using a spoon to get them

out but that doesn't always work.
