I'm supposed to get a case worker that is a nurse -- someone who will keep track of me and " support my treatment plan. " Maybe it's this time of year, but I haven't yet filled out the paperwork. One call was at 2 am, so I got a different nurse. There is follow-up every 3 months, but you can call whenever you need to with questions. It is nice to know that someone is there for you. Nurses would call every so often but seemed unable to answer my questions or follow through. Somehow I could never find any benefit to the service.
