Guest guest
; Awe hon. I am so sorry you hurt. Maybe a warm bath with some candles and bubbles. Some relaxing music to go with it. If you have kids maybe their in bed by now. Is there something to take your mind off the pain. That is what my husband would do for me. Find something you like to do that is comforting. Television a good movie. My daughter would offer me a good novel to read. What ever it is that you like that relaxes you. We know about pain here hon maybe you would like to vent. Go right ahead. Say how rotten the world is what ever it is that you feel. Myself I like ready psalms in the bible if your a bible reader. I wish I could think of more for you to help your pain. If there is someone around your husband a daughter. Have them rub bengay or similar cream on you where it hurts. That helped a whole bunch for me. I am going to bed, I will say a silent prayer for you. I pray you feel better. God bless and take care. Oh One more thing before i go to bed. Let me suggest one more thing. If your arthritis pain and fibro pain does not let up it is time to talk to your rheumy maybe. I did a few months ago. and she gave me some prednisone while I waited for my new humira injections. She figured it was time to try something else since I been hurting for a while. I don't know what you need these are only suggestions I could think of. I hope you feel better. I looked for a post I saved I will put it down for you. Here is one from shauna 1. Eventually the chronic pain will deplete the natural chemicals in your brain and most will need an antidepressant. GO FOR IT! 2. Activity REST Activity REST Activity REST Take naps or just lie down and rest every day and don't feel guilty about it. YOU ARE ENTITLED. 3. Do what ever you need to do to live a semi-normal pain free life. If marijuana works for you, go for it. The medical community is all for it. It is only our congress (con being the opposite of PROgress) that apposes.(this was a post from Shauna from before) gentle gentle hugs Clora ******************************************** From: rebpick1artist <rebpick1artist@...> Subject: [ ] Help!!--I feel awful!
