Clora,

FluMist (which is inhaled) is live; the rest of the flu vaccines are dead.

If one's immune system is working properly, getting the shingles

vaccine shouldn't result in shingles. For RA patients on

immunosuppressants, the shingles vaccine could be a risk.

Oh thank you.  I will remember that.  Shingles vacinne would be bad for me cause

my immune system is weak due to RA and the meds I take for it.
