Guest guest
Be aware of the problem of tea containing increasing amounts of fluoride. You can partially minimize the effect by taking natural iodine with the tea, like kelp pills or lugol's; as well as making sure your calcium and vitamin C levels are good since they are protective of fluoride poisoning. The iodine protects the thyroid because the thyroid will pull in the fluoride if it is iodine deficient, then it cannot make the hormones it needs to because it still has the fluoride instead of having the iodine. Fluoride used to be used medicinally to suppress overactive thyroid.
