They’ve known for a long time that general fat reduction in diet isnt’ the

key. It’s the kind of fats; and then fat reduction of the body (or at least

not being fat in the first place) is still a key, while it could be carbs or

fats that got one there.

“Really? I'd like to see some of these studies, if you have the references

handy.” Really? or are you being facetious? There are so many, maybe you

could tell me what point specifically you’re looking for before... Are you

asking about vitamin A or the idea of diet and health in general or???

and other foods.

Very key. It also alters cytokine balances and other immune functions

favorably.
