Lynn,

I have often had the same question in mind while reading this list. I

believe the survivalist lives to a degree in each of us who have chosen to

utilize resources such as this forum. We are serious about nourishing our

families bodies in all circumstances. The concept of preparing for a potential

disaster with the most efficient and wholesome nourishment is a matter worth

discussion.

The opportunity to share our combined knowledge of how to maintain and even

increase our health under civil duress is a pertinent subject that could be of
