Bowel health after colonscopy was ........................................Re: Hemorrhoid, ow!

Thanks for all the offlist responses. I found this homeopathic combo

called " Avonoc " which works amazingly.

This whole incident makes me wonder: Is there anything I should be

doing after a colonscopy?

I kind of took it as the opportunity to start new and have been very

NT in my foods, with the exception of a little bit of white bread last

night. I have also been loading up on probiotics to repopulate my

bowel, but I still feel a lot more run down than I should. (Then

again, those Sodium based laxatives always made me pretty ill, so I

shouldn't be surprised.)
