I don't know how he got them to eat it, mine wouldn't touch it. I've heard with 's there is an increased need for salt, in humans, anyway. Maybe it depends on the type of salt. Table salt isn't very good for you, but natural salt is supposed to be quite good for you. " BTW, I give both of my dogs a splash of kimchi juice twice daily with their meals and there is some salt in that. But neither one has elevated serum sodium levels. I don't know anything about this particular case, but it's been mentioned on the GFCFNN list that kimchi has been used to either cure or prevent avian flu, but I thought it was done by researchers not a farmer.
