Guest guest Posted August 10, 2006 Report Share Posted August 10, 2006 Not sure about the BTD and what seems to be a Chinese medicine related question. The extra 15 lbs...... I was working out too much. SO after the first hour or so of working out, basically going way past fatigue I think the stress hormones kick-in. So my body was going into shock and through the chemical reactions (insulin, cortisols ect..) the excess weight cling on. Also I was over working, studying, barely resting and the most important thing.......I actually liked the restaurants in NYC and when I moved out to San Diego, lets' just say that it was very easy not to eat out. I was using a whey meal substitute from Immunocal, supposedly not the same problems as the other whey products(?) I wasn't on the BTD and I gain weight very easily when I go off that food list.
