Has anyone used this product? If so, how do you like it?

I'm going to email them and ask how it's processed...

Suze,

Did you miss this part?

http://www.wildernessfamilynaturals.com/coconut_milk_powder.htm

" Our Coconut Milk Powder is 65% Coconut Oil (rich in the medium chain

fatty acids for which coconut oil is famous). There is a small amount

of maltodextrin used as a carrier with a trace of sodium casinate used

to keep the oil from separating out of solution. "

Thanks , I did miss that part. Annette also told me about that in her

reply to my email about the processing. She said though that they're about

to offer an organic coco milk powder without these additives. She said they

hope to have it in stock before Christmas.
