Taste like candy. Put it in kefir shakes. Coffee in the morning. Taste Great, Not less filling. I scream, I scream for coconut cream. Gives me energy throughout the day. Inig, in her last conference tape said cheap unvirgin ordered from some island is a good as expensive extra virgin. Do I have that wrong? Virgin coconut oil is rich in antioxidants including polyphenols. It is physiologically very different not only from refined coconut oil, but also from unrefined oil derived from copra (i.e. spectrum).
