Guest guest
I couldn't hack through the peeled coconut sold at Whole Foods. Has anyone a suggestion? Other than running over it with my car? On Feb 2, 2006, at 12:36 PM, RBJR wrote: > >> I have a quick question I'm hoping to generate some ideas >> from! Other than running over it > with my car? Young Thai water coconuts are best because they contain much more water than mature coconuts. Hard to find, though. Either will work. I use a drill. I've got a stainless steel 3/8 in bit that I keep for kitchen use only and I drill two holes in the top of each coconut and pour off the water. I'm a former remodeling contractor, though, so I keeping a cordless drill in the kitchen is the norm... Ron
