Well, you wouldn't want mineral oil to get into your food, but that

said, I don't imagine much at all would be, and a quality wooden bowl

would almost certainly be better than stainless if it's going to pit

or plastic period, so I'd just get the best bowl you can find. I'm

afraid I don't have any specific recommendations, though.
