Do you mean gluten-free or low carb? There are some crackers in the

health food store made from rice that are decent. I know a fellow

who sprouts buckwheat, adds sesame seeds and pureed rasins and some

other things and puts them in his dehydrator to make " crackers " . I

have no idea how he purees rasins, maybe soaks them first? Speaking

of dehydrators, you could make dried zucchini " chips " that are

somewhat cracker-like. I used a mandolin to slice them thinly and

evenly and found out that I should have oiled the drying trays first

because they all got stuck!
