Guest guest
Do you mean gluten-free or low carb? There are some crackers in the health food store made from rice that are decent. I know a fellow who sprouts buckwheat, adds sesame seeds and pureed rasins and some other things and puts them in his dehydrator to make " crackers " . I have no idea how he purees rasins, maybe soaks them first? Speaking of dehydrators, you could make dried zucchini " chips " that are somewhat cracker-like. I used a mandolin to slice them thinly and evenly and found out that I should have oiled the drying trays first because they all got stuck! > > I am not eating many grains currently, but find I can't seem to live > sociably without some kind of cracker/bread thing to take with me to > family-in-law gatherings.
