Grain-free crackers?

I am not eating many grains currently, but find I can't seem to live

sociably without some kind of cracker/bread thing to take with me to

family-in-law gatherings. Does anyone have a recipe or link to a

grain-free or low-grain cracker type thing. I love Lydia's organics

crackers but can't get them here in Sweden or find anything like them.

Also a question about fats. Debate is raging here about removing trans

fat from all food items - Denmark did it, so why can't Sweden, is the

question beginning to be heard. One cookie company claimed they had

removed trans fats and now were going to remove 'hardened' i.e.

hydrogenated fat. This stumped me as I thought all hydrogenated fats

were trans fats and vice versa. Could a fat expert enlighten me

please? While I won't ever be eating store-bought baked goods, my

family still does.

Thanks.
