Guest guest Posted August 17, 2006 Report Share Posted August 17, 2006 Whenever I limit refined carbs or go gluten-free for a few days, I lose 2-3 lbs. As soon as I eat more normally, the weight comes back. I realize I must be losing water weight. Do I lose the weight because I'm retaining extra water? Which weight is closer to my " proper " weight?
