Large relatively asymptomatic Candida infestation verified by testing, low mineral content verified by hair testing over the past two years. My major nutritional goal is to get my gut healed so the good stuff can get into my body. It's a slow process. Ron

Minerals are difficult to absorb to begin with. They require adequate stomach acid, adequate accompanying vitamin D, other cofactors, and the intestines themselves have to be in good health to do a good job of absorbing them. Anything that impairs digestion and the functioning of the digestive system will tend to impair the body's ability to digest mineral-containing substances and absorb their minerals. -
