Guest guest
" Dear Suze Thank You for writing to us again....... Sorry for the type-o...I answer many many questioons for people each day.... I meant to write that the cows are NOT milked year round. They have natural breaks in the year where they just graze. We work with many small family farms. My understanding is that the cows are primarily grass fed. They may have a small amount of supplemental grain in their diets during inclement weather (10% or less). There are certified organic herbage and grasses that are brought in during inclement weather. The cows have access to fields and pastures all year round.-they are not confined in stalls like conventionally raised cows. Again, thank you for writing to us! Kathy-Purity Farms, Inc.
