Kefiring could extend the life for months. There have been reports of

people having kefir for over a year and it is still good. Not sure I would

want to try it though. Remember your cream will be more like sour cream if

you kefir it.

Hi

I have 1.5 gallons of fresh raw creame.

I put kefir grains in 1 gallon of it. I want to extend the life of the

cream so it will last 6-8 weeks.

How long will cream stay fresh and retain its nutrients after I culture it?
