Guest guest
Hi Everone; I would like to try to make some sort of NT style buttermilk biscuits using soaked whole wheat flour. Does anyone here have a recipe that they have used successfully or advice that would help me get started? (I don't yet have Nourishing Traditions - I've been waiting for the library copy for about a year now!!) Thanks so much for your help! Guest guest
I googled 'sourdough pancakes' once and saw some recipes online for sourdough biscuits. You use the sourdough but add baking powder as well, I think. Try googling 'sourdough biscuits'. - Renate --- In , " jms4548 " <jschartn@...> wrote: > > Hi Everone; > > I would like to try to make some sort of NT style buttermilk biscuits > using soaked whole wheat flour. Guest guest
Thanks - I actually have already found some recipes on-line. I guess I was looking for a " tried and true " recipe from someone who makes them regularly and could provide tips etc. Jill > well, I think.
