Guest guest
Is Krill Oil a reasonable source of omega 3s if one feels the need to supplement with omega 3's, as opposed to fish oil? The ORAC value looks quite high comparatively, which would supposedly offer protection from lipid peroxidation. http://www.discount-vitamins-herbs.net/neptune-krill-oil.htm However, it's much lower in EPA and DHA than standardized fish oil.
