Wow! This really caught my attention as I can't even have one drink

without feeling hungover, usually in an hour or two. I've also tested

positive for a sulfite allergy, so I only drink vodka. If I try wine, I

feel even worse. I'd like to try supplementation - does this look like a

what you would recommend?

Brewer's Yeast has a perfect ratio of fully available B's, and a ton of them.

Start with a small amount and work up. I eat it on oatmeal with a ton of butter

and good sea salt and ground flax.

That is if you're not averse to brewer's yeast....
